Created in conjunction with International Day of Families 2022, this heartfelt illustration series was developed in partnership with YMI, an initiative by Our Daily Bread.
The project consists of 9 illustrated posts (1024x1024px), shared across YMI’s digital platforms including their website, Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
Titled "What Makes Family", the series explores the diverse realities of what family can look like—each shaped by different histories, struggles, and stories. Despite the differences, the central message is clear: we are all called to love one another, just as Christ loves us.
While we recognise that family dynamics can be incredibly complex, we hope this visual narrative reminds viewers of the unifying power of love and grace in every circumstance.
The series has since been translated into Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Spanish, reaching a wider audience around the world.
